Saw A Quiet Place II. Beginning scene was great, rest of the movie moved at a snails pace and the ending was very meh.

I watched the Hellboy remake 2/10.

Holy **** that was bad I can't believe Neil Marshall directed that crap.

    Who approved that script.

I will usually complete anything I start but even I had to bail midway

I made it through 30 minutes or so.

Had The Circle on the other day while I was doing stuff: what the hell were Hanks and Hermione thinking? What a dumb, boring, utterly pointless movie.

I gave up on "Tenet" early on...basically after the scene with the gun shooting demo. WTF was that? Did I need to keep watching?

I see that it faithfully followed the template of the first movie -- hopefully the family avoided any more nails.

Watched Mortal on Amazon despite the bizarrely poor reviews (20% on Metacritic) and found it to be far better than the critics scores. There are certainly things to ding it on, but overall an interesting modern, non superhero take on Norwegian god mythos.

    7.4/10

It was a masterclass in movie-making that at the same time was tedious and incomprehensible.

Nolan needs to crawl back out of his own ass just a little. Dark Knight is the last great movie he's made.

I have been wanting to watch Tenet, the reviews seem to be all over the place.

I liked Inception, I did not try and make logical sense of it as some have tried to do.

I was disappointed in Intersteller and yeah he tried to be way too clever.

From the previews its hard to see how it was tedious but then I remember Intersteller.

I read the synopsis and it sound interesting, I probably would have paid it no mind if you had not commented on it.

    Will be watching.

Went to see Nobody a couple weeks ago. Really good. Christopher Lloyd is great in the scenes he appears. 8/10
Wrath of Man is also good. Jason Stathom killing lots of people. Was entertained. 7.5/10
Finally also saw Spiral. Good not great. Chris Rock and Samuel L Jackson are always good. Very gory if that doesn't bother you. 7/10.
We like to go to the theater. Glad they are back open

I forgot about Intersteller: I liked that movie a lot, even given the MURPH sillyness

Tenet is Inception is Tenet is Inception is Tenet

    Good luck.

and Momento requires you to tattoo that on your chest to remember, but you'll still need someone to tell you what it means

Their Finest: Brit comedy/dramedy about London 1940-41. Solid movie, I'd recommend it.

I watched the trailer and was intrigued enough to start it -- I kept waiting for it to get bad but it gets better towards the conclusion. The audience scores are more in line with my opinion -- I can't understand why it was so universally panned by critics. Kind of reminds me of Brightburn -- it seems like critics hated it because it is really dark and set up for sequels which for me is a positive.
