Finally saw X Men First Class...overrated. I can't believe it got such great reviews. It had good moments but the effects sucked, some of the acting/dialogue was bad and it had a cheesy 80's superhero movie vibe to it.

    The Woman in Black

It was just awful. It started out OK, but got worse as it went on, with an ending that makes you frustrated you ever sat to watch it in the first place.

Fright Night 3/10 - meh. I thought this might be different than other remakes. Although I haven't seen the original, this one was bad enough that the original can't be any worse.

Hey guys, I'm 13 and what is this?

    Sucker Punch. No....just no.

With a simple change of the story the movie and action scenes would have generated much more resonance, gravity and depth. No continuity between the first scene and last. Action sequences had too much cgi and green screen...I know what he was going for but I don't think it worked that well in the end.

Take Shelter: 8/10. Very well done IMO.

In Time: 5/10. The genre of the movie (sci-fi) appealed to me more than the acting or plot.

Puss in Boots: 7/10. Not bad.

The Adventures of Tintin: 7/10. I had never heard of Tintin before.

"The King's Speech"- Middle brow mush and bad history. I hate when movies set in the past try to pin current values and attitudes in the plot. This film did that a lot. It's Masterpiece Theater level pap.

What current values/attitudes were they pushing? I didn't seem to notice this.

Really. What's bad about the history? Serious question. It's like those people who says 'Pics or gtfo'. You criticize it saying 'bad history', then finish the criticism by explaining, or else you are just a troll, sorry.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon - big ole pile of donkey ****. i barely got halfway through when i realized i didn't care what happens to the autobots so i turned it off. then i got bored and decided to continue watching it. by the end, i was sadden that my world, the real world, hadn't exploded. i would have welcomed the light at the end of the tunnel then and there.

I am ATTEMPTING to watch Tree of Life at the moment, but I am on the verge of blowing my brains out. I don't understand how this is even considered a movie

I did the exact same thing a while ago. Skipped to the middle and the end. And I still don't remember a scene from that movie. Sometimes it's best to just walk away.

The Tree of Life was so disappointing, visually stunning, but so frustrating to watch.

The Game- 9/10- I don't know why I waited so long to watch this masterpiece with Michael Douglas and David Fincher. The perfect suspense movie, great ending. If your like me and just have had it on your Netlix queue for a couple months, do yourself a favor one night and watch it.
