    With the Magic resigning Jameer Nelson, perhaps they would want the future lottery pick instead of Lowry. :)

    Its possible that this is to aquire Dwight. This piece trumps pretty much anything out there in the market except for maybe Bynum. Even Bynum though is going to be a free agent soon and might leave a team like Orlando who trades for him.

    I still think that if you are going to aquire Dwight, there better be alternate moves out there to put a secondary all-star next to Dwight. Maybe thats why Scola and Martin have not been moved yet. There is definitely enough pieces to make multiple moves, but after that there isn't much else left on the roster.

    Either way, if they just want to rebuild competely they are doing a pretty damn good job of doing it with this pick.

    This is a misconception. Lowry is only under contract through 2013-2014. After that he's going to get PAID.

    maybe we're still trying to get Dwight Howard? package with some PFs. OR, rockets will change the NBA with 5 forwards starting, Royce White/Mini Lebron will handle the ball. Capslock scoring against 5 huge guys. Rockets will have BIG 5 literally. WTH is Morey up to????

    I'm confused?

    The rockets not being a top 16 team in the league is preventing us from trading our 1st rounder due to the T-will trade.

    Does this mean the Raptors will not be able to trade their 1st round pick until they fullfill Lotto obligations to the Rockets?

    That could be a decade if J-Val is as good as everyone says.

    Ok, well that is two more years. With a little luck in the lottery and good drafting we could be contenders in two years, or at least a playoff team.

    We could be contenders AFTER two years, not IN two years. Basically you're saying you think we can be a contender starting after this season. That is not realistic.
