I will be curious if any other players are involved from either side. I really hope we unloaded one of our forwards as well.
I dont think he's signed as a Rocket. I think he's just on the summer roster. But it's about time to whip out that pen and paper and give him a Jeremy Lin deal. Of course I mean the one from last summer.
I'm not upset anymore. Something had to give. If no one wants to trade us an All-Star then we have to rebuild. Cant continue they way we were going.
This fan can live with that. It's easy for me to root for young guys..homegrown talent...as long as they are clear in direction that makes sense, I'm good with it. This direction makes sense to me.
doesn't matter......you don't go from lotto to championship in one season. It is a process.....one that should have been started 2 years ago.
LOL Sounds like something said through clenched teeth I think we do too . . man this off season. Rocket River
The only problem is, Toronto is going to be a lot better with Lowry in tow, so it may be awhile before we get that pick...
HELL YES!!! We have a direction guys!!! I don't know about everyone else but I'm ecstatic!! We are young!
I don't think so. Not much of a bench. I also saw Valanciunis in Houston here last week and he has a while to go before being a real NBA player.
Hey guys just a thought but since Orlando agree to re-sign Nelson the Magic probably don't want Lowry. But maybe rockets are acquiring this pick to flip to Orlando as part of a bigger package for you know who. I still would rather have T.Ross from Raptors than a potential lottery pick
Plus... If they wanted to deal for a superstar, that pick alone trumps pretty much any pick out there that any team can offer in trades.
With the team the Raptors have now and with Atlanta, Bucks, and possibly Orlando falling out of the playoff equation. A lottery pick isn't likely.
