Maybe a bachelors... to earn a PhD, you have to learn about Middle Eastern influence on Mexican culture/food (shawarma -> trompo). lol.
I used to think what Cincinnati did to Texas chili was an abomination until I saw what Tennessee did to spaghetti by putting BBQ sauce instead of pasta sauce on it.
That goes back to the Ancient Aztecs, I think, who used to stew their victims/enemies in spices and veggies. Some people say that's where chili originated. I'm trying to bring this back on-topic.
I actually didn't mind BBQ spaghetti. It's the cinnamon Cincinnati puts in their chili that's disgusting.
