Forget your parents. Tell them to buzz off. Get a job, move out and work your way through college. Don't make contact with them again. They should be good as dead to you.
I'm not sure I understand the situation exactly. So your parents won't pay for your college period? Or just that they won't pay for the exorbitant tuition fee/living expense/travel costs that comes from being an international student in an American school? If your family is at least middle class, and they won't help you at all for a higher education, then that's kind of whack. But I can understand if they won't use half their pay to support you going to a "nicer" college. I guess it would be akin to fairly well-off American parents not even willing to pay UH tuition, as opposed to not willing to handle Princeton tuition. That second part about the computer has to be some sort of misunderstanding. Because if it's not, your mom's crazy.
You sound like you have your head on straight. Move out and concentrate hard on your studies. All the best dude, hopefully you get to realize your dream of working for NBA China (just let the Rockets have inside scoop if you see any 8 footers with real skills).
spoiled kid + Asian parents + communication problems + temper tantrums = recipe for disaster. The parents don't owe OP anything. If you want to go to school in another country then you can work your butt off in undergrad and get a full ride for grad school, just like your parents did. Don't be looking for handouts or bailouts.
