I agree, except I was all about the dance music that came out. Without this decade you wouldn't be hearing "Get Ready for This" and "Zombie Nation" being played at all NBA/college stadiums across the nation. I'm just glad "Who let the dogs out" finally died out...
Without a freaking doubt. Are you telling me you don't??? Nirvana and Pearl Jam are absolutely horrible. It's really sad how big they became while several decent bands plugged away in obscurity. Further proof that record company payola works. Get their crap music on the air often enough and you can create a buzz no matter how talentless the artists. Smells Like Teen Spirit, Lithium, Jeremy, Even Flow? That's supposed to be good music? It's atrocious.
That says quite alot about you then. This world is full of fools, so I expect quite a number of people to share your opinion.
How in the HELL did this thread turn into an argument pitting Motley Crue vs. Nirvana. I would call the thread stupid, but I think the comments speak for themselves. End of thread.
