slow people driving in the fast lane. OMG, this absolutely irks me!

strangers touching my stuff - one time, i was in the check out line at doctor's. this old lady came up and started to touch/look at my purse, saying how cute it is. what part do you not understand about "personal space"?

this guy that farts all the times next to my cubicle and has no remorse.

 

Does he at least cough-fart? I find that it actually covers up the smell too.

people in the self-checkout line with tons of items and no experience with the process

rude people in general

 

there are a bunch at grocery stores yes and driving will not rehash those, but those all piss me off.

but the recent thing that has annoyed me to no ends is that i have a friend who lies about a lot of stuff for no reason whatsoever and he isnt very good about covering up his lies and i am always tempted to call him out on a lot of stuff. because whenever i say thats not true the way he responds is like he is so sure and smart and i am being the dumbass. and he lies about stuff that doesnt even matter for example he lied about getting a hd-dvd addon for his 360 and i ask him a week later if he filled out the form for the free movies...oh i lost the receipt i told him he could get it reprinted at the store (and he used to work at the retailer he bought it from knows all the people there) and he said no too much work when the week before he "bought" it all he was talking about is getting the 5 free movies.

i dont mind when people lie but make them believable lies dont lie and have it be transparent its like telling me I am a fool and would believe anything.

 

Oh man, I have a friend like that too!!! I just got used to her lying and don't take her seriously anymore.

That, and when they do it with OUT blinkers!

 

What annoys me is people who don't use periods in the right spot.

 

And the freakin' internet grammar police...

I hate when someone uses A BIG FAT HUGE YOUR when they mean YOU ARE.

IT PISSES ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

it pisses me off when my eyes have to strain because someone posted blue text on my black background.

 

when you're with your girlfriend and some other dudes have the nerves to hit on her while you're with her..

 

What's even worse is when the 12 people in the car in front of you are paying with multiple credit cards.

 

that seems to happen to me sometimes...one time, my previous ex's frat brother who was so plastered grabbed my butt and my ex saw the whole thing and he didn't do anything. I was pissed!!! if my current flame ever saw that, he would be in jail.

 

Ha! This happened to my wife at a New Year's Eve bash. You know how them womens like to wear those low-rise jeans....and my wifey has a J-Lo caboose (that's a good thing). Anyway, when she sat down at a bar stool, this guy stuck his finger down the back of her pants.....

I get next to the guy, not in a threatening way, but just to tell him that wasn't cool and ask him to apologize. He just kinda threw his hands up in the air. The guy was SOOOOO drunk, he could barely stand up. So I just gave him a cross look and he gurgled out some form of apology. We just let it go after that. I had a feeling that he may not have even noticed me standing there, or anything else for that matter....other than the back of a thong.

 

Yeah, that 'your' thing drives me nuts. I take words out of context because I am reading it correctly. It's like slapping my eyes.

I have a good grammar peeve.

I used to work at the Dow plant in Texas City. The blue collar guys would obviously make the signs (I'm not saying they are dumb, but they certainly aren't very well educated) because they would go overboard with the quotes and apostrophies.

Example:

Watch out for crossing "truck's"! -or- "Watch out" for crossing truck's!

I just pictured these guys talking using their fingers as quotes around the words.

Drives me nuts.

This doesn't bother me unless the guy won't back off once you or your girl tells him to get lost. I think it's kind of funny to see a guy thinking they can take my girl from me.

 

I hate Mexicans who don't speak Spanish. I hate Mexicans who have been here most of their life and do not speak English. Maybe it irritates me more because I am Mexican, so its just stupid how you were born there yet you don't speak the language. Or you come here and don't make the slightest bit of effort to learn the language.

 

You should be kidding about the first part.

 

So, what if you have a Mexican that can't speak Spanish but never learned English? Do that person just not talk?
