    That would be true if that were my point.

    My point is what's the difference between someone who believes in the actions of the troops but doesn't enlist and someone who believes in the actions of police officers/firefighters but doesn't help them out?

    You can believe in something without taking part in it.

    Starting a war is often by choice, unlike fighting fire or fighting crime. Can you decide when a fire or crime will take place? Bush choose to go into Iraq, it is not like Iraq invaded the United States. Do you really not see the difference? :eek:

    If politicians fought wars there would be no more wars.

    The only military draft should be for politicians.
