    Wow, I did a double take when I saw my old thread pop up again.

    I ended up getting a second estimate and having a different plumber come in and go through the foundation from inside the house with a very small hole to replace the pipe. Total cost was about $7K to dig out the old wet bar, drill down through the foundation, replace the pipes, repatch the foundation, and to re-install the wet bar and cabinetry with an updated design, and finally to replace the ruined carpeting.
