Houston Out- Gordon, Tate or KJ, KPJ Houston In- Kemba, Knox, Gibson, 2022 NY 1st Rounder, 2022 CHA 1st Rounder NY In-Gordon, Tate or KJ, KPJ NY Out- Kemba, Knox, Gibson, 2022 NY 1st Rounder, 2022 CHA 1st Rounder I prefer to keep Tate over KJ, but KJ has a better 3 ball and an extra year on his contract. The Rockets could package the 1sts with Miami's 1st, to get the highest pick possible, likely top 10 if there is a taker. 2 top 10 picks will do wonders for the rebuild. The Knicks are now ready to go to war with 2 solid producers and a high upside, cheap contract in KPJ.
That makes too much sense. One of the best proposals I have heard yet. Posters here always list players that they want on the team, but I think we are only taking dead weight and draft picks.
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine The Rockets would have to get serious draft assets in the deal as they are the clear losers of the deal. Taking Kennard for 4 years is worse than having John Wall for another year and a half, especially since we're tanking. Philly gets 2 players that will give them great production, maybe Wall even defers and plays well. Cleveland gets something at the point over Rubio. Clippers get their 3rd star for next year and hope to sign ring chasing vets this summer for cheap. I think the biggest flaw of this might be Bledsoe.
https://hoopshype.com/lists/nba-tra...cs-bulls-hawks-rockets-clippers-thunder-mavs/ Scotto: Some playoff-caliber teams are monitoring Eric Gordon and Daniel Theis with the Houston Rockets, given where they are in the standings as guys they could potentially sell. Gordon, when healthy, has still shown an ability to score and shoot the ball. Theis, what he brings to a team are the intangibles with things like screen assists, doing the dirty work like boxing out, etc. He’s a winner and showed that in Boston. There are playoff-caliber teams that would like to acquire both of these guys. Gozlan: Despite how Theis’ experience in Houston hasn’t worked out, I still think he’s on a good deal, and there should be other teams that should have interest in him. Same with Gordon. He only has one more guaranteed year left on his deal and has remained good and more efficient on less volume shooting.
Wall & Porter ...for… Westbrook (small filler) & Picks we buy out Westbrook pennies on the dollar. He then finds a team needing a play-off push. We move forward with focus on the future then use the new found cap space to collect picks by taking on bad contracts at the draft. Play and train the core. I think Lakers could sell the trade to their fans.
Nba needs to make the trade deadline a month earlier! Most of the teams wait around to the day of to make a ripple.
Crazy i just brought up how rockets could get Cam, now he off the boards Would of fit in nicely at SF. Oh well. Knicks finally getting a team going, good for them.
I haven't thought what would be acceptable, but it would have to be significant. Maye a tier below what we got for Harden.

Hope this doesn’t set the market for our Possible trades. If a young (albeit not impactful so far who is coming up on extension) wing with potential can only get a non lotto pick. I’m not sure what we can get for wood and Gordon now. this also is an interesting dilemma for roster construction philosophy. What is the value of picking late lottery mid first when those guys expect a max extension? Are those guys even ever worth the extension they seek? And if they’re not who does it effect your cap and hierarchy going forward?

Charlotte out: PJ Washington Charlotte In: DeAndre Jordan + Avery Bradley Charlotte apparently wants to move PJ Washington for cap relief this summer. Lakers out: : DeAndre Jordan + Avery Bradley Lakers in: DJ Augustin + FRP (from Houston via Miami) Lakers are wanting to make a move, but have no assets. This trade gives them an asset that may help them facilitate a deal that does help them. Houston out: DJ Augustin + FRP (via Miami) Houston in: PJ Washington Houston gets a promising young player under team control for three more years and still keeps the better of their first round picks in this year's draft.
im not a fan of most of these trades i also don't understand the fascination with Bol Bol. The Nuggets are decimated with injury and could use a Michael Porter Jr. replacement while he's out, which kind of describes Bol Bol's game... and they don't want him. Here's an idea: Eric Gordon to Memphis Jarrett Culver, Melton and 22 FRP Grizzlies, 22 FRP (from Utah), 24 FRP (from GSW) it's 3 FRPs so unlikely but all crappy... i'd take the best two of them... the Grizzlies also have a pick potentially coming from the Lakers in 22, so yo could say the best 2 2022 FRPs The Knicks still have a FRP from Dallas coming in 2023 (top 10 protected).
