Interesting ideas. I guess I don't see the 1st one as realistic, it makes little sense for Chicago IMO. There has to be a less painful way to drop salary than replacing an All Star with an often injured Varejao on the bench. Another idea: Portland gets Gortat Clippers get Wes Matthews, Jared Dudley Suns get Bledsoe, Caron Butler's expiring and Portland's lotto pick. Blazers fill their biggest need (legit two way center). They'll have plenty of cap space to go after a JJ Redick or another wing to replace Matthews and add a few bench players. I think that makes them a playoff team. Clippers upgrade their wings, they add quite a bit of shooting and defense. Suns get good young pieces and sell Gortat while they can.

White + picks (if needed) rockets IN: L. Aldridge Jennings or Ellis / beverely Harden / FA (Toney Allen) Parsons / Brewer Aldridge / Robinson Howard / Smith What do you guys think. i think it looks great and it works out money wise also. I think it might work cap wise too. What do you guys think????
