I’m not sure the Rockets will trade Nene. I feel like Ne will be a Melo stabilizer if needed. I can see Ne being one along with Paul that Melo would respect and listen to.
I think this has a low chance of working out, but maybe the Hornets might bite at it. RA and VE plus the 2019 1st rounder for Marvin Williams and Jeremy Lamb. Williams replaces RA. Vince gives them a future shooter to complement MKG. And the 1st rounder though it is low, might interest them. Add the GS 2019-20 second rounder from Dallas too, if needed. Lamb isn't really needed there because of Malik Monk. Yes, I know he will be a bench warmer for the most part in Houston, but he can give Harden and EG a breather for short spurts in the regular season. RA plus ZQ also works for MW and JL on the ESPN Trade Machine, but I want to retain Zhou after seeing some encouraging signs in the summer league.
