http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=jzs4jgd Rockets IN: Fournier, Harris Rockets OUT: Brewer, Ariza, KJ, Jones Magic IN: Brewer, Lou Will, Swaggy P + Magic OUT: Harris, Fournier Lakers IN: Ariza, KJ, Jones Lakers OUT: Lou Will, Swaggy P Rockets Re-Up with some young wings who have turned into nice pieces who are still developing. Lakers continue their dumpster fire with a couple young players and the return of Ariza. Magic get a couple pieces that can contribute + Sewer as a salary filler. Maybe a pick is thrown in
if for some crazy reason that does't make any sense, Skiles wanted Swaggy P or Lou Will he could get them for free.
Serious Question guys Would you trade Harden for Blake Griffin? Blake Griffin than you go after Mike Conley + go hard after Durant?
I literally would trade anyone on the roster outside of Harden for Blake. Too bad clips would not accept any combo of anyone on our roster for him.
OKC has 5 years of Kyle "White Lebron" Singler. One of the worst contracts in the league. Could we capitalize and take him to a decent trade package? I am in no way advocating Kyle as a major rotational piece. However the ability to take that bad contract, if OKC sees it as bad, could net us something positive. I only say this because its really kicking me that our assets have little value. That and id give a lot for an Arize/Ibaka/Howard front court.
Dwight Howard, KJ McDaniels, Terrence Jones, Sam Dekker and a lottery protected future first for Channing Frye, Tobias Harris and Mario Hezonja.
1) Orlando would never take Dwight back 2) That's a lot to give for a package essentially headed by Tobias Harris 3) Hezonja is the very definition of prospect 4) Does this mean we trade Harden next year since there's no way we can possibly win with that Frankenstein of a team?
Why would they be perfect together? Or more perfect than Harden/Ariza? I mean the Magic have bombed recently, but are still on pace to do meaningfully better than last year - a 10 win improvement, if they don't "tank" - and that's with Harris playing worse. Maybe he's one of those guys that just puts up better numbers on worse teams? He's a tweener with a below average 3 point shot, who isn't a defensive wizard or anything and doesn't create for others. He's Draymond Green... with a smaller standing reach, way less defense, way less creating for others, and a worse 3 point shot. ... No, I'm not that negative on him. At this point I'd take him over our current PF options...
Do you think that maybe we should trade for noahs bird rights? They will matter next season if hes open to resign with us. Smth like lawson+ thornton + jones for brooks snell and noah. ( didnt check the trade machine).
What's wrong with you? A month ago when I suggested trading for him before his injury you said he was done. Now that he's hurt you wanna trade for him to have his Birds rights? ?? Are you David Kahn's wife?
He's not a blue chip prospect and how did he prove he couldn't play the PF? He's certainly got the quickness to guard out to the perimeter just not the experience and knowledge. This is his first season playing against NBA competition and I would say he's a better version of Festus Ezeli who is ~4 years older and will hit the market this offseason. Be interesting to see what Festus commands.
Kings are going to blow up their team soon and it's likely Cousins will want out. Morey should do everything he can to acquire Cousins.
