If only Dorsey was the Dwight Light he was advertised to us as being. We would be a Brewer away from being legit title contenders.

What about Enes Kanter? He's a big 4/5 who can give us a nice big man rotation.

Houston in: Rajon Rondo, Brandon Bass
Boston in: NO 1st, Rockets 2017 1st, Clint Capela, DMo, Isiah Canaan, Jason Terry, KPap (Kpap for Bass is separate simultaneous trade to fit trade rules)

Houston in: Corey Brewer into Jeremy Lin TPE
Minnesota in: Rockets worst 2015 2nd rounder

    Playoff Rotation:
    PG: Rondo, Beverley
    SG: Harden, Daniels
    SF: Ariza, Brewer
    PF: TJones, Bass
    C: Howard, Black

Bass and Brewer would take minutes form Daniels and Black at SG and C.

Could the Rockets work a 3-4 team deal to acquire not only their PF but starting PG???

Houston Out: TJones, Canaan, Terry, Papa
    Houston In: Paul Millsap, Dragic
Why? Rockets get their starting PF and starting PG...DMo and Bev solidify the second unit...
Why not? loss of chemistry and veternan leadership with Terry; crafty play by Papa; and nice young PF and PG

    Atlanta Out: Millsap, Carroll
Atlanta In: JJ Hickson, Kenneth Faried
Why? The ideal big that can play along side Horford as a starter and bench help
Why not? Loss of perimeter shooting skills, but overall no real negatives.

    Denver Out: Hickson, Faried
Denver In: Terry, Jones, Canaan, 2 2nd round picks
Why? Moving out a player that is just not meshing as expected in Faried and getting younger with picks.
Why not? May want a lot more in return.

    Suns Out: Dragic
Suns In: Papa, Carroll, NOP Pick
Why? Clears out a logjam at PG and brings in players that play well off the ball, plus draft pick.
Why not? No real reason to trade, and could get better returns on Dragic.

it's painful to watch the Rockets offense lately. i can't no longer watch Papa & Dmo shoot!! we need someone can score off bench. i like Papa's all around game, he can dribble, pass, rebound, play D, and he hustles. but man, where's his shooting gone?? i seen the practice clip that he make every shots from 3 line and thought he might be the Kukoc/Peja type Europe player who can light it up from 3:eek:

first we need to get a decent back-up 4/5 big. trade Capela+Johnson plus a first round pick to Bucks for John Henson, they're not playing him anyway and Capela doesn't need PT this season.

and then trade Papa+Dmo and those 2 2nd round picks we acquired for Jeff Green. Boston has been shopping Green for a while. i think there's a good chance he'd opted out his last year of his contract next summer thus we even gained a little extra cap room to lure Millsap away from Atlanta.
Green can be that instant offense off bench, backing up both 3 & 4 spot.

i'll also trade Dorsey for any expiring contract, maybe 1 of Indy's 4 expiring point guards. 2 roster spots created after the above 2 trades, we can sign J.O. and Adrien to 1-yr. deals.

    line-up for the playoffs:

    Howard, Henson, O'Neal
    Jones, Black, Adrien
    Ariza, Green, Garcia
    Harden, Terry, Daniels
    Beverley, Canaan, expiring PG

I would call him up from the Vipers, and send Black down. Clark is more athletic and has the skillset needed to play the 4 on this team. What could it hurt?

From what i read time has run out for kostas.
I was expecting that he would fail in NBA because of his poor ball handling and his inability to penetrate the defence . To my great surprise is his shooting that ends his nba career . Also while in europe was one of the fastest players , in NBA he seems so slow...

Papanikolaou, Jones, Terry and the Pelicans pick for Millsap, Korver and a second rounder.

As Bill Simmons would say, who says no, Houston or Atlanta?

Wish we could swing a deal for Rondo and Millsap.

The Power forward I want is Taj Gibson and all I think it will take is first rounder and help facilitating a trade between Chi and Minny. Houston loses minimal assets and gets a starting PF, move Terrence to the bench and he can be our Sixth Man. Minny does it due to injuries to Pek and Turiaf, DMO can be big man depth while also getting a good haul just for Brewer and Bud also DMO and Snell are both on Rookie Contracts. Chi gets needed guard/wing depth, and add another dynamic to their defense and offense.

I know people want to upgrade the PG position, but in the West we are going to need a starting PF who can play like a man/vet and help on the boards and team defense.

    Houston IN:
    Taj Gibson

    Minny IN:
    Donatas Moti
    Tony Snell
    NO 2015 Pick (via Houston)
    Chicagos 2015 2nd Rounder

    Chicago IN:
    Corey Brewer
    Chase Budinger

    Houston Lineup/Rotation:
    Patrick Beverly/Isaiah Canaan
    James Harden/Jason Terry/Troy Daniels
    Trevor Ariza/Kostas Pap/Francisco Garcia
    Taj Gibson/Terrence Jones
    Dwight Howard/Tarik Black
