Given that Utah is playoff bound and fighting for home court advantage in the playoffs. I think now would be a good time to trade with them for their young talent. They have a good team, and a good player at every position, except at SG, where they only have Alec Burks and his still only a rookie.... So I propose this trade...

    The Ultimate Rebuilding Trade- HOU/UTAH

Houston Rockets Receive - Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter and Alec Burks

Utah Jazz Receive - Kevin Martin, Patrick Patterson, Goran Dragic and 2012 Minn 2nd rd pick

    How about

Scola + Lee + Protection removed on 2012 pick

    for

    B.Lopez + Farmar

Rockets get Lopez's RFA status at the cost of taking back Farmar for a year.

Rockets can then use thier cap space for a quality 3 like Batum or Wallace.

    Lowry / Dragic
    Martin / Budinger
    (Batum/Wallace) / Parsons
    Lopez / Patterson
    Dalembert

Rockets trade: Goran Dragic, Chandler Parsons, Jordan Hill

Hawks trade: Marvin Williams, 2012 first rounder

The Hawks get rid of Marvin Williams contract and save some money, and get Chandler Parsons who can provide the same production as him for cheap. Jeff Teague has done well, but Dragic has more size and should be able to out perform him. Jordan Hill can back up the 4 and 5 since Atlanta's big men have the injury bug.

I think Marvin Williams would flourish with us. He's got size, he's a solid shooter now, and he attacks the rim. He's a solid defender and Morey seems to be a believer in the whole " 2nd draft " philosophy so it makes sense. We could also get a steal with that first rounder, or put in another package.

    Four teams trade:

    HOU get: Paul George
IND get: Courtney Lee, Robin Lopez, Beno Udrih, '12 2nd rd pick(MIL), '13 2nd rd pick(PHX)
    PHX get: Goran Dragic
MIL get: Chase Budinger, A.J. Price, Louis Amundson

    Why the Rockets do this:

Acquire future all star Paul George. Flynn steps into 2nd rotation and either T-Will or Mook also get some PT with Bud and Lee gone.

    Lowry/Martin/George/Scola/Dalembert-Flynn/T-Will/Parsons/Patterson/Hill

    Why the Pacers do this:

They are having a great season. George is a promising prospect, but for now they don't look at the future, they are "win now" mode.
I know George has played really well so far for the Pacers, but I believe he can bring some nice players to the team if they trade him for short term upgrade, and that is more suitable direction for the current Pacers.
Their needs are a veteran PG and a rim protecting big man. Udrih and Robin can play these rolls.

    Collison/Lee/Granger/West/Hibbert-Udrih/Hill/Jones/Hansbrough/Robin

    Why the Suns do this:

A year ago they traded Doragic for AB to newly welcome the successor to Nash. But now AB has gone, they have to re-acquirer a young PG. Come back of Dragic is a serious option for the Suns Dragic and Suns fans are in the relation ship of mutual affection.

    Nash/Brown/Hill/Keef/Gortat-Dragic/Childress/Dudley/Warrick/Frye

    Why the Bucks do this:

They have to add some depth to the inside because Bogut is out for several months again. Amundson is not getting as much PT as he should in Indiana.
Addition of Bud allows them to slide Livingston to his natural position.
Incidentally, they cut $2.4mil with this trade.

    Jennings/Delfino/DunleavyJr/Ilyasova/Gooden-Livingston/SJax/Bud/MbahaMoute/Amundson

PGeorge is contributing to that win now. More so then Lee would do and especially Lopez.

    Flynn+Thabeet for World Peace.
    T-Will+Hill for Blatche.
    Hou pick+Adrien for Barnes.
    Sign Arenas, Iverson and Smith.
    K-Mart for Beasley.
    Bud+Lowry for McGee
Scola, Dragic+ NY pick for Cousins.
    Lee for Stevenson
    Somehow get Scalabrine

    Lineup:
    Arenas, Iverson
    Smith, Stevenson
    Beasley, Barnes, Metta
    Cousins, Blatche
    McGee, Scalabrine

We would be the knuckleheadest team of all time. No one would have the balls to talk trash or take it to the hoop on that team. Every wrong word would lead to legendary brawls and our squad would completely **** on every bad boy squad of the 80s/90s. Viewing numbers would skyrocket, ESPN would be all over our team. Having Scalabrine gives us the GOAT-factor.

Of course you gonna start saying "These guys have no ball-iq or brains lol, that would never work" but no, they are on such a low intellectual and terrible ball-iq level that it will create a paradigm shift that no one could've predicted and it will lead to a never before seen style of basketball. No defender or coach would be able to anticipate their dumb on court decisions. Houston basketball would reach a new level, including many championships.

I forgot to trade Clyde for Stacey King. He would be the logical choice.

3 Way with Rockets Lakers & Celtics

I know my idea is originating from an article by Eric Pincus on poopsworld but ...

I could see this trade working for all teams

    http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine

    Line up

    Lowry Goran
    Lee Budinger
    Parsons Morris
    Gasol 2Pat
    Dally Smith

I would imagine an 8 man rotation with Gasol, Dally, and 2Pat playing down low, and Goran/Budinger covering the other 3 spots.

Next year we allow Wilcox and the 09ers to walk freeing up around 14 mil to sign an impact player.
