Evans is not good off the ball and hates playing off the ball. Pairing him with DWill would not be good.

    Updated:

    DWill/Llull
    Evans/Garcia
    Parsons/Bud
    Motie/Hayes/Smith
    Howard/Camby

If we can flip Hedo/Patterson/Morris for Evans/Garcia/Hayes
    Garcia 6,100,000
    Hayes 5,486,250

    Hedo 11.815,850

Houston: $62,578,431 with more bench and less salary on 2012/2013 ($62,808,031)

McHale should be able to set Evans on a new path, and when he has to listen to 2 established stars who will dominate the ball, he will have to find his opportunities elsewhere on the court.

Not like Williams will shy away from passing to Evans either, and DWill is enough of a scorer to play the "catch & shoot" to Evans "distributor". And if Parsons can up his 3ball game, so can Tyreke.

I'm seeing more of a hole in that "Evens cannot play the 2 and must dominate the ball". He's not the most efficient, but does that matter in this offense? Howard isn't scoring 25/game, the offense does need to come from the perimeter, and DH can pick and roll with DWill OR Evans. Kinda sick.

Evans currently isn't a good off the ball player. I'm not saying he never will be but to trade for him to play along side DWill is just asking for trouble. We would be much better off pursing someone else that would be a better fit.

People have said the same thing about the DWade and LeBron pairing, but that's worked out pretty well for the Heat.

It's worked out well because they are two top five players in this league. That offense would flow much better if either of those guys was a better off the ball player. Tyreke Evans isn't a superstar so pairing him with DWill when there are other better fits out there isn't the smartest move.

Some of these trades are way more unrealistic than what i proposed...

KMart to Minnesota for martel webster and pick/s..(plus a player to be named for salary considerations...

Combo the 4/of the 3 First Round picks(one from Minnesota) into atleast a top ten pick... or look at the top 5...(more unlikely)

Call up Orlando and ask what needs to be done for Dwight...First round picks plus Scola Lowry Dalembert and Morris/or PPat( we will have to take back Turk's contract)

Call up DWill's agent and strike a deal with available cap room

    Resign Camby

Look at Ersan Ilyasova as a Free Agent or Hope Monte develops

    Look for FA Shooters

Not unrealistic...and quite plausible...but requires one thing that leads to another

All this would only happen once Goran is resigned.

Also make Minny throw in the Griz 2013 pick and maybe the player the Minny took with the Jazz pick in 2012. Resign Goran (pre-requisite), Lee and Camby. Cut Miller and Webster (TOs not picked up) which saves us an extra @13 million total in the deal to get the resignings done.

    Pekovic / Camby / Darko
    Scola / DMo
    Parsons / Budinger / Morris
    Lee / (FA or pick)
    Goran / Ridnour

Going Euro...Les may not be able to sell seats but he can sell some jerseys to the Euro fans.

why would washington want Lowry? and this trade would make them a playoff team in the East...so you are trading for a pick in the high teens?

If that's the case, you do it. Pretty sure they can package Lowry out in a 3-way or another trade to the rest of the missing piece(s) they need.

Washington would give up their 1st for the right deal

They just added Nene... they want to get to the playoffs now.

If I was Washington I'd want to staple Andray Blatche to my lottery pick, if I'm considering trading it. Lewis is ridiculous money ($23+M), but he comes off the books in a year.
