Lol he's 20 mill expiring so it couldn't hurt us. I think he has a choice to opt in for another year though right? so maybe 2 years but garnett will still be one of the best pf's in the league for the next 2 years so its for sure worth it if were going to try to become a contender.

I hate Garnett and I'm sure we can find a better rookie that will fit out needs.

F*** Garnett. Nick sounds like a Celtics fan trying to pawn that overpaid @$$hol3 off on us.

so the wizards have let the league know that everybody except for John Wall is for sale. they have some talent on their team, so do we.

    http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7fntp5a

wizards get two players that are respected among the league. scola will do his thing, and martin can score

rockets get height, they get McGee, Booker, and Blatche, three very good big men with high upside. and to replace Martin we get Nick Young. with this team, our starting 5

    Lowry, Dragic
    Lee, Young
    Parsons, TWill, Bud
    Booker, Blatch
    Dalembert, McGee

with the SG, PF, and C, the starters are up for grabs. is this a realistic trade? and if it were to happen, would the Rockets receive benefits?

Michael Lee via Twitter - "Source just told me #wizards have informed teams they can have any player except John Wall if they are willing to take Andray Blatche"

I don't get so many people are willing to give up Morris. Kid is gonna be a stud. If we have to part with him to get Howard then do it but giving him up to get Kaman and Ariza? Ninja Please!

I would give him up for players that we can use now. If you noticed, i included X. Henry coming to Houston. He will play immediately and is only 20 years old. They probably wouldn't send him, but it is an idea. Morris will be a stud one day, but not for a couple of seasons. NO is asking for youth.

sorry about that i made a bit of a mistake there. i was working around with the trade machine, and before it was Martin instead of Dalembert. which is even better, we get a great upgrade for our current big men, and Nick Young, there is nothing bad about this trade, honestly

I ain't no *****ing celtics fan buddy you can count on that. Garnett would help our chances to become a championship contender ( More than scola, hiil and thabeet would ) is all i'm saying. He is 20 mill expiring this year or next so he's pretty valuable. I'm sure if he didn't pan out for us we could use 20 mill in free agency or trade his exp contract for very valuable pieces.

With Rubio's injury, now would be the perfect time to call Kahn and egg him to trade for someone that we've been vying for.

Yeah wtf? Have you looked at the Wiz's record? Have you watched them play at all? Or did you just see 6'11 young dude, let's grab him?

Blatche makes 9M a year for the next 4 years or so. I wouldn't trade for him unless we get Wiz's unprotected pick next year.

If KG could still help a team become a contender the Celtics wouldn't trade him away. You probably haven't watched any Celtic games the past 2 years, he's lost it.

Lol my god, i'm saying he would help this team become a contender MORE than scola, hill and thabeet could. That is all. He also fills some of our needs. Yes he's declined but he can still rebound, play defense, hit a mid range jumper and score inside when asked to.

Hill and Thabeet would be expiring and free up space to get us a center, esp. if we can find a way to trade Scola. KG would not only take up 20M, he'd also be playing the same position as Patterson and D. MO if he comes up here. I fail to see why trading for him would help us at all. If we're gonna trade for an old dude making the max I'd rather trade for Gasol.

KG is sub human right now. Like half of our players on this roster. He would fit right in with Moreys so called "plans".

Hill and thabeet are only freeing up 8 mill, scola is on a 8 mill contract for 4 years, garnett expires this off season (or the next i don't know if he has a opt)
anyways his contract doesn't harm us at all. if he expires at the end of the season he expires and if he has a second year and is playing bad then we can trade his exp contract for some value like we did with T-Mac. If you don't think he would help us to be closer to a contender thats your opinion.
