Even though we have Brooks and Lowry which people love as a combo. I would like very much to get Paul. But we all know the chances of that ever happening is basically non existent. I think Paul and Yao would have a good relationship/mesh well, I've seen them talking quite a bit at the All Star game.

CP3 is one of the few players in this league I would trade Brooks to get, but I agree that they won't trade him. They better be ready to announce that they are moving to a different city if they do.

Look, guys, Chris Paul is their Yao Ming. It does not, in fact, make financial sense to trade him, because they would lose too much revenue to make up the difference. It doesn't matter how inexpensive and great Collison may or may not be.

    1. CP3 won't be availabe. If anything, they'd trade the rookie for some good players to play with cp3, not the otherway around.

    2. Even if CP3 is availabe, the package you proposed will never work. Why do they trade a franchise PG with a role PG plus a couple middle 1st rounders?

Collison is averaging nearly 5 turnovers a game this month...he can improve that part of his game though.

also shouldn't we worry about upgrading at Center and PF?

The Hornets are not going to trade CP3 to a division rival....(if they trade him at all)...

You do realize that this month Collison is averaging 4.8 TO/Game? He is by no means as good as Paul.

keep dreaming buddy...N.O. will not give up Chris Paul...he is their franchise....collision is NOT a franchise player...collision is not even better than his rookie PG draftees.. Ty lawson, Johnny Flynn, Stephen Curry or Brandon jennings.

even the Rockets PGs are better than Collision lol

I am sure NOLA does not hold the illusion that Collison is anywhere near CP3. His numbers may look good, but they have not been winning many games without CP3.

hope you are joking... CP3 one of the best point guard right i would take CP3 anyday over any of our players on rockets. he is very clutch and when you surround him with good players he makes great plays for them. Brooks is good but you can not compare brooks with CP3 lol....

Comparing Brooks to Paul is like comparing Megan Fox to Angelina Jolie.

I dont see them moving Paul to Houston, but i do agree Paul i think will be moved. Through out the history of the game no point guard being the best player on his team ever won a championship besides Magic Johnson so why would people believe the hype of a point guard expected to match what nobody else has done? Why keep Paul if you intend to move West this indicates going backwards and if i were Paul i'd be unhappy too.

Another trade that isn't happening. I know it's fun but how many of the trades on this BBS ever happen, I get tired reading them.

I think that is goes without saying that most trades on a BBS aren't going to come to fruition. At least some are plausible, this one...not so much IMO.
