Here is a web address that will evaluate trades to see if they are legal by NBA rules. http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine It accepts the Iggy + Dally = TMac, and says it increases Houston wins by 10 games this season. Hard to move TMac? The trade evaluator above needed David Lee, Al Harrington, Nate Robinson, Wilson Chandler, and Danilo Gallinari from the Knicks for TMac. It's a fun program because you can use it for multiple team transactions. In case anyone hasn't noticed, Dalembert has been playing great basketball of late. His stock is on the rise. The Rockets may have missed their chance to get him cheap. The Rockets think their expiring McGrady contract is going to look better the closer we get to the trading deadline, but that may not be the case. We may be stuck with his contract especially since he isn't playing and other teams can't evaluate his condition. How do you propose a trade if you don't know the Rockets thinking? Do they want a conventional 2 Bigs lineup or are they going for a more uptempo game? I'm tired of Yao. 53 games a year and not available for the playoffs doesn't do anything for me.

I had a dream last night that we traded for Al Jefferson. Needless to say, I woke up and let out one of those "DAMNIT!!??!!" type moans realizing that wasn't quite the case.
My bad here is what the trade is! 3 team deal wit Rox/Wiz/6ers Rox get: Butler/Iggy/Dalembert Wiz get: Ariza/Jamison/T.Young 6ers get: T-Mac/Jamison/David Anderson If only this was possible??
WOW im messin up all over the place!! Here is what i meant!! Rox get: Butler/Iggy/Dalembert Wiz get: Ariza/BRAND/T.Young 6ers get: T-Mac/Jamison/David Anderson
Dalembert has been untradeable for 2 years. Not even the Mavs are willing to take on his contract for Iggy.
Didnt say they would! Just sayin it would be nice for us! And if Brand could ever get back up to the all-star level he was once on then they would love to have him!
Two different trade ideas really. The first: Houston gets: Iguodala, Dalembert, Young, Williams Philly gets: Deng, Miller, Thomas, Lowry Chicago gets: McGrady, Cook, Ariza or Battier, Houston 1st Round Pick (2010 unprotected) In this deal, Houston gets the size they need in Dalembert, and legit SG in Iggy. Then get a starting 3 in Young, and a backup PG in Williams. Philly gets a replace for Iggy (essentially) in Deng. Then a replacement backup C in Miller and a new starting 4 in Thomas. Also, Lowry goes back to his hometown in Philly. Chicago gets the big expiring in McGrady, with Cook's expiring as a sweetener. Then a choice of Ariza or Battier. Throw in a Houston first, too. A modified version of the first trade, too: Houston gets: Igoudala, Dalembert, Speights, Williams Philly gets: Deng, Miller, Thomas, Lowry Chicago gets: McGrady, Cook, Anderson, Houston 1st Round Pick (2010 unprotected) In this trade, Philly keeps Young (a player with some high potential) and Houston keeps Ariza. Chicago takes on Anderson instead, who can play the 4 for them. It also makes it easier for Houston to move Dalembert next season, since Speights can play the 5. Or, just let him expire and use that money to sign Brooks and Landry long term (as well as money from Battier's contract and maybe sign him back for cheap). Thoughts?
I have never had a basketball dream before, but last night in my dream, my cousin called me to tell this happened. I messed with the trade checker, and for some odd reason it actually worked. Just weird and figured I'd pass it a long. Rockets trade: Carl Landry, Kyle Lowry, and Brian Cook Rockets recieve: Kevin Love and Jarrett Jack T-Wolves trade: Kevin Love T-Wolves recieve: Carl Landry Raptors trade: Jarrett Jack Raptors recieve: Kyle Lowry and Brian Cook Not that I support this deal, but if it ever happens, I want others to see my dreams can somehow predict the future. Weird I know, but why not.
dude i would not do that raptors trade lowry alone is better than jack IMO and NO WAY do minnesota do that deal, carl is good but Love is a lot better. i really want Love here (not just the UCLA ties) but the guy is a double double machine, fundamentally sound and a very smart player and very good outlet pass and post passer he could trigger the fast break like crazy here and be a webber lite in the post with his passes
