If this happens, next year I dont see Scola still here. Putting Okafer at the starting 4. Just saying since you listed Yao.
Rockets get: Chandler Hughes Mobley Knicks get: Tracy Cook According to ESPN trade machine this would work.
Ok...If the Knicks reallllyyyyy want TMAC how about this... Rox get Kevin Martin, Al Harrington and Wilson Chandler NY gets TMAC/Cook Sac Town gets Eddie Curry Rox do it because they get a shooting guard to fit in there offense, PF who can score and play power forward/small forward at times and a young Small Forward who can develope. NY does it for the desire to land TMAC and his contract along with Cook's contract. Sac town gets out of Martin's deal and Curry can be a big they really need to anchor there front line. Brooks/Lowry Martin/Budinger/Taylor Ariza/Battier/Chandler Scola/Harrington/Dorsey Hayes/Landry/Andersen/Yao
....................so, zactly who in the league is considered better than Bosh right now???? 1. Kobe-not going to be available 2a. Lebron-not going to be available 2b. DWade-not available 2c. Chris Paul - AVAILABLE? 2d. KG-not available 2e. Duncan-not available 2f. Dwight Howard-not available 2g. Arenas-Available yes. Better than Bosh? doubtful Justice has to be referring to Chris Paul. Dead on post...Paul is probably who Morey is slobbering over, because he is a dynamic PG, and pair him next to Yao next season. Bosh is also real good, but he is hesitant to give up Scola or Landry.
Amare Stoudemire, Carmelo Anthony, Deron Williams, Danny Granger, Andrew Bynum, etc...countless others.
John Hollinger, ESPN's stats guru, thinks that Chris Paul is the best point guard since Magic. Morey must dream about Paul at night. And here are the Hornets, probably desperate for financial relief. Paul has got to be what Justice is talking about.
Bosh is better than Arenas, current Duncan, D will, arguably Amare and Bynum. Countless others I dont think so, he is a legitimate top ten player.
That is what is best for the Rockets, yes based upon letting him play or not, it is a symptom of the solution. At the end of the day, I hope they trade him. Man, why do I even bother? People have no concept of context, or meaning and immediatly leap to innane conclusions. SHEESH ! DD
Innane conclusions lol? You just posted you hope the Rockets get value from Tmac, while your sig literally says the EXACT opposite. Theres no spinning that one. sheesh
Chris Paul? Overrated??!! Uh, yeah. I've wondered before, did New Orleans acquire Okafor to keep him long-term? Just seemed an odd move for a franchise already sucking for cash. Tmac + Brooks + Andersen (I can't see tossing Landry or Scola into the deal, especially if Tmac is at all healthy) for Chris Paul + Emeka Okafor I know Stojakovic is probably the player they'd want to throw into a deal, unless they consider he's only got one more year after this, unlike Okafor with four more years after this one.
I've seen a lot of posts on here about people wanting Chris Paul. Understand that I don't think the Rockets could even get NOH to listen unless they started with the words Yao and Aaron. Does anyone here think Les would be willing to trade Yao? I don't think so. Having said that I would certainly would do it in a heart beat. Chris Paul is a game changer and a closer. Don't know if NOH is really looking to trade him. How many times have we heard that a superstar is on the block but he never gets traded? Would anyone here have been willing to trade Dream for Odlen Polynice, Xavier McDaniel and Dale Ellis? Thats a good package but none of them would really make up for the loss of Dream and I'm guessing when it comes time to pull the trigger most GM's would look at trading a true superstar this way. Chris Paul is a true superstar in every since of the word.
