dude the only reason barbosa was included was cap relief for the suns so they could afford t-mac, he's pretty good off the bench though anyways

I'm watching Yao struggle against the TWolves and Jefferson. Bill, Bull and Clyde are talking about Yao has to command the post and establish himself for the pass. I wonder, would the Rockets consider trading Yao for Amare? Would you do it from a talent perspective? I'm sure there is a huge business component regarding the China market. But from a talent and aggression perspective, do you move Yao for Amare? I'm not proposing it, I'm asking a question.
well yao and amare basically have the same stats right? points, rebounds, maybe a bit more blocks for yao but yao plays both off and def while amare considers his off good enough for both ends. regardless of how yao plays he gets his average...if that answers your question.
Battier and Head for Mike Miller or Battier and Head for Hinrich or Battier for Outlaw and Frye All the trades above work money/contract wise. It's obvious to any rational person that Shane has got to go. He doesn't give you enough production vis-a-vis his minutes. If we can get a legit starting pg or a lights out shooter for him or a young player & a back-up C for Battier, then you gotta make that move. I'm sure the Rockets are shopping him which might explain why he is still getting lotsa mins. The question is who wants Battier.
Your buggin. You do not trade Battier because he can't score. We have enough scorers already. Battier is a key guy for any team who is close to a championship run.
Rudy Gay was traded for him, because the Rockets were in win now mode, but what have the Rockets won? Battier is not the player the Rockets thought they were getting in that trade. Not to mention, he disappears in the playoffs.
I'm guessing someone already mentioned Ramon Sessions by now? If not, what would Milwaukee want for him?? Would it be a good idea to absorb Gadzuric's contract if it means getting rid of Rafer?
Yeah i remember hearing that, have they mentioned it recently? Seems like Sessions has been buried on the bench, ridnour has been getting all the PT, until his injury...
Name me a priemer team Battier could start on and command the same minutes he does with Houston. Not Boston, not LA Lakers, not Cleveland, not SA Spurs, not Portland, not Detriot. Battier is over hyped, as to what he brings to our team. The stats don't lie, the passing up open shots don't lie, the inabliity to hit open shots or penetrate and make a bucket, those things do not lie. Because T-Mac is not what he once was, we need someone on the other side to be able to knock down a shot, that will open the court up for everybody.
Actually, I think all of the above mentioned teams, except Cleveland, who already has LBJ at the 3. Even so, Battier will play 25 minutes on that team.
I've said it before, battier is a 20mpg player on a good team. If you have dynamic players around, he could play more. Thats not a knock, its just the truth.
TMac for Jason Kidd. It solves the point guard situation and Kidd's contract expires at the end of this season.
What, our PG cant spread the floor problem? Yeah, Kidd is automatic ..................brickage from downtown.
