How about we do this for starters? http://bbs.clutchfans.net/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=4211589 Apparently, EVERYONE on the Suns is for trade, except Nashty.
the trade for vince is good but i dont think they will do it because they are too close in the playoff race to let go of vince, but then again hes showing he still has it but i dont know if them losing a 2 guard for a 3/4 will be beneficial to them, i think if anything toronto or washinton will be ready to deal because they arent making the playoffs and they have alot of salary cap problems, im sure they want to drop butler or jamison because no one will take arenas. If we do get vc and tmac who plays 2 and 3 and would we start them at the same time or would we have battier at the 3 and have them rotate? That would definately get ppl excited in the toyota center
How about these two trades: TRADE 1: Houston Trades: - Tracy McGrady (SG/SF) New Jersey Trades: - Vince Carter (SG/SF) TRADE 2: Houston Trades: - Ron Artest (SF) - Carl Landry (PF) - Rafer Alston (PG) - Luther Head (SG) Phoenix Trades: - Amare Stoudemire (PF) - Leandro Barbosa (PG/SG) - Goran Drajic (SG) New Team: P.G. - Leandro Barbosa_______ Aaron Brooks S.G. - Vince Carter___________Von Wafer___________Goran Drajic S.F. - Shane Battier__________ Brent Barry P.F. - Amare Stoudemire______ Luis Scola___________Chuck Hayes ..C. - Yao Ming______________Dikembe Mutombo_____Joey Dorsey Adelman's Offense is about ball movement and player movement. Essentially all players are 1/5 point guard. What is important is for all players to be able to score efficiently. Attack the basket, pass it out, work the paint, get second chance points, and hit the fast break all the time!! This group could do that. Besides, which "BIG 3" would you rather have when fighting for a Championship? - Carter - Stoudemire - Yao OR - McGrady - Artest - Yao
I'd rather have the new big 3! Yao+Amare= Twin Towers! Also it would OPEN up the floor so much for our shooters.
Here is a trade I think makes both teams better. Phoenix gets; Scola, Artest, Hayes or Luther Head, and a #2 Houston gets; Amare Stoudemire and Matt Barnes

for team chemistry i dont think its the best of options, alston tmac got into a scuffle with phx this season remember, dont think they will see eye to eye. Id rather have grant hill than barnes
My deal previously posted was Rafer, Scola and Artest for Amar'e and Lopez Then because I know we would be in PG trouble and a bit of size trouble, I proposed Landry and Head to the Bucks for C.V. and Ramon Sessions. We could probably get a draft pick out of one of those deals and also, we could sign a veteran PG if needed. All the money matches according toespn trade machine.
In reality, the most likely trade scenario involving Stoudemire is this: Phoenix Trades: - Amare Stoudemire Toronto Trades: - Chris Bosh The only reason this trade would not work is if Stoudemire uses his Trade Kicker clause because he may not want to play for Toronto. Almost every stat between the two is identical except that Amare plays defense. If you would ask me what trade is most likely to happen before the trade deadline, I would say this is the one!
This could be a possible trade as well; Houston gets; Marvin Williams and Acie Law Atlanta gets; Ron Artest I don't think the Rockets want Artest long term but this way they get something out of the deal and Atlanta gets another veteran outside of Joe Johnson.
irrelevant but in one of my association modes the hawks would pick up Artest (he wouldnt resign with me) and they would end up winning the championship *unless ofcourse I intervene) just thought its funny you mention him on that team
Is this possible: Houston incoming: Amare Staredemire Steve Nash Phoenix incoming: Trace Mcgrady Ron Artest maybe some filler and draft and cash
amare is off books by 2k10..... and again 2k10 is stupid to trade big names for, that should only be a minor reason to a big reason whatever the big reason may be, usually a piece you need or a first round pick maybe form a lottery team. but only for the chance at 2k10?
Rockets have a lot of valuable pieces to get a major shakeup trade. Young players with potential...Scola/Brooks/Landry/Wafer but I wouldn't trade Brooks unless we're getting a PG back...if not then we'd be stuck with Rafer... Star players Artest/Tracy Great Roleplayers Barry/ Battier I think this team needs to make a move and if Adelman is going to be the coach...he needs to make this HIS team and not a pass-me-down from JVG.
