McGrady + Clipper's choice of Alston or Head for Baron Davis + Marcus Camby Why for Clippers? The emergence of Eric Gordon makes Davis expendable. They have 3 big men making $34M per year in total. Considering their age and production, it's not too hard to imagine Camby should be the odd man out. The value may not be enough for the Clippers but considering we are taking extra years on Baron's contract, it probably isn't too far off.

I know they don't play the same position. But I have been on the clippers board recently. The clippers fans seem to think Gordon replaces a lot things Baron provides. They think their team plays better with Gordon minus Baron. I don't watch enough Clippers games to comment on that. But I do know they want to trade Baron now.
