Good catch. That first post wasn't serious (that poster was a serial shitposter) but no excuse for the second one. If I had to guess I'd say I was butthurt after a Rockets loss, but that's no excuse. I ****ed up. FWIW that post was from 2014; 2015 was when I smartened up to try to be a better person (when my first kid was born). Regardless, no, I don't think CLE would do JR for BK, but I seem to have a lower opinion of BK than most. I don't think he can get any playing time on a winning team, but many here think he can contribute. So, hey, maybe CLE would see some value in him? I don't know that Koby Altman is a great GM, so... who knows.
Legit point about Altman. He is uproven. But they've come out of salary cap hell with Lebron. And they're rebuilding. All facts you know. So you know they ain't taking on another year of Knight just to get rid of JR for nothing. They'd want at least a first and maybe more ... if they would even do the deal at all. Knight has negative trade value as long as he ain't playing. And you know that too.
Suns (December 15) Melton For Rights to Llull, Melo or MCW (filler to make it work) & 2rd pick. Low end scraps for a small poo plater. Paul’s relief in blow outs and develop into a solid backup that could eat minuets and grow for the future.
Easy pass, IMO Porter ties up to much cap space for similar play we can get for a fraction of the cost.
What is his 3 point shooting percentage this season? Is he playing good defense? Sorry, I haven't seen any Heat games. He is on a Poison Pill contract.
It's early in the season, but I'm surprised that he is overall shooting percentage is around 33, and that his 3 point percentage is around 26. He is only 22, and fairly experienced by now, so he should improve on it.
Brandon Knight and Vincent Edwards to the Wizards Kelly Oubre Jr, and Markieff Morris to the Rockets Paul/Harden/Ennis/Tucker/Capela Gordon/Oubre Jr./Clark/Morris/Hartenstein solid 10 men rotation
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ya5a4m8x Houston: Otto Porter, Nikola Vucevic Orlando: Bradley Beal Washington: Eric Gordon, Brandon Knight, Terrance Ross, Nene, Future Orlando 1stRP, One or Two Future Houston 1stRP Houston gets a starting PF/C who can score, rebound, shoot the 3 plus expiring contract; Also get starting SF/PF that is super efficient role player especially from the 3 but overpaid Orlando gets a young All-Star SG; can focus on getting a PG of the future Washington cleans house, saves money, and gets draft picks
This proposal is a little more low key but could be a nice depth move: HOU receives: Dwyane Dedmon ATL receives: Chriss and Nene (I love you buddy but we need reliable back up ASAP) Atlanta gets an expiring freeing up $7m and a vet presence for their younger guys. Dedmon comes off the books end of this year, athletic big that is shooting 35% from downtown... (on decent volume). C rotation of Capela, Dedmon and Hart is really good. Also really like Bembry. Sign Nick Young for scraps, lock and load. Thoughts?
