    I think we've heard about this because Randall Cunningham is famous but the sympathy is the same if this happened to anyone.

    Horrible story.

    To add to what macalu said, I was watching my 1 year old daughter yesterday when I went to fix her a drink. It was not even a minute and she left me and had climbed half way up the stairs. Sometimes they're just not that easy to keep a watch on when you are doing multiple things.
