Forget Sessions... Brooks is better... Brooks also proved himself in the playoffs... plus he already knows our offense...
RAMON SESSIONS SHOULD BE FREE AGENT PRIORITY NUMBER ONE FOR US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how milwaukee are going to play all of ramon sessions brandon jennings luke ridnour I do not know. they do have a big hole at small forward though!!!! (hint hint Battier) Shane Battier for Ramon Sessions (sign and trade 5 million) Amir Johnson Kurt Thomas
proven himself??? how exactly did he prove he can handle the scoring consistently??? I gotta admit brooks did an awesome job in the playoffs against the Blazers and Lakers...but apart from that when did he really perform at such a high level??? Knowing our offense and our system is a bonus, but does that mean we're not going to bring in any new players ever??? BECAUSE CHRIS BOSH DOES NOT KNOW OUR OFFENSE. Sessions is better. Much better. Brooks is a great player but Sessions is more efficient and can handle himself well and contribute to the team every night. Brooks is kinda like a shooting guard trapped in a point guards body. When Ramon Sessions was drafted he was known for his offense more than anything else...and the league only found out he had such amazing passing abilities later on. I have a feeling Sessions will become the next Billups. We should really really go after Sessions HARD. And then trade Brooks for the best player we can get while his value is sky high
Now that's going far... the next billups? If you think a guy like Ramon Sessions will become a star... then so will Aaron Brooks.. infact, Aaron has more potential. Sessions is overrated... that's all I can say about him.. and yes I watched him a lot in the regular season, didn't really impress me too much, he had a couple of a great performances but every player has one of those each year.
?????? Did this guy kick your dog or something?? Overrated????.....that would be a person everyone in the world is talkin about is so good......but in actuality they are not........ Ramon sessions is not a person many fans know about outside of milwaukee....so thats not the case............ hes a hidden gem........a diamond in the rough.........thats all we are saying A rare wrap of skills caught up in a rut of guards in milwaukee.........he just needs minutes and he will def flourish
I............................ LOVE......................................... THE.......................... WAY YOU POST.........................................
Sessions has more potentional simply because he is younger and hasn't been the opportunity/playing time that Brooks has gotten so far.
Sessions is definitely better than Brooks. First, he's 3 inches taller than Brooks. He may not be as quick as Brooks, but he can score the ball just as easily. He's definitely not as good a shooter as Brooks, but at the PG position your priority is getting someone that can create plays and get players the ball at the right time. This is where Sessions shines.. I remember a few games last year where he would get 10+ assists and I remember that one game he had like 20 something against the Bulls. I had him on my Fantasy Team so I would know what kind of numbers he puts up... he flirted with triple doubles a lot during the season. The only games where he didn't produce much is when he was overshadowed by Luke Ridnour (coach's infatuation with Ridnour). When Ridnour was down, Sessions was ballin'
Whats up with the Clips going after PGs(Iverson, Sessions) didn't they just sign Baron Davis to a zillion dollars last summer lol...
Sessions is more of what the Rockets need. Brooks MAY be better but he isn't a playmaker. Ever since we lost Rafer and Tmac, I've been hoping Morey would be gunning after someone like Sessions or another true pg.
Here is the Yahoo Sports Analysis on Ramon Sessions when ranking free agents 4. Ramon Sessions(notes) I'm glad people are coming around on Ramon Sessions, it was obvious the guy was a starting-quality guard down the stretch of the 2007-08 season, and all the talk of full MLE money (to the Clippers, most recently) is deserved. But he's also a guy who struggles to shoot three-pointers, and isn't going to put a great team over the top. The only sort of team he would put over the top would already have a no good point man in place, and Sessions would make things better by way of his sheer competency. What will it take to get Milwaukee to decline to match? Bucks GM John Hammond hasn't tipped his hand, but you get the feeling (with Brandon Jennings(notes) on board, and Luke Ridnour(notes) around to just sort of hold serve quite below-averagely) he's thinking "Ramon is nice and all, but [Scott] Skiles doesn't like him, and do I really want him making seven million a year in 2013, with Jennings on board?"
Isnt he a restricted free agent, if he is, no matter what we offer, the Bucks is going to match cause we can give less than 3 mils per year
Haha Dont try to make sense of what the Clippers are doing, they have never made any sense in anything they do, so why would they try to do something that made sense now
