    Thanks to resigning guys like Cushing and Schaub to big money, always restructuring Dre's contract, and J-Jo stealing money they don't have the funds Cstyle... All they can do is window shop right now. But after the draft when a lot of the rookies aren't drafted and teams make more cuts the Texans will be able to go bargain basement shopping.

    Romeo is known for finding "diamond in the rough" players so I'm not worried about the defensive side of the ball but I do think it's going to take him at least a year to rebuild the defense so I'm not expecting miracles in one season.

    Which could be the difference between 6-10 and 8-8.

    Well that's not really fixing it, the Texans have never had the top pick in the draft a year where there was a legitimate top tier QB in the draft.

    And they got him on a fair deal. Obviously he's getting up there in age, and he was likely only a fit as a DT in our hybrid scheme, but he was a warrior. Very underrated player.
