All I'm saying is that even if you play on a bad team, if you were so good in college, at least show a couple of flashes of that talent every once in a while.

He might turn it around, but I doubt it.

We had a guy named Derrick Gibson who had the same problem.

We wasted a first round pick on him too, he played out his contract (the final 2 years on the bench) and was never picked up by anyone.

Hall will probably go to Dallas.

Hall isn't a bad person like people make him out to be. He wasn't known as a locker room cancer until Petrino came to Atlanta. Petrino was not professional with the players. He didn't talk to the defensive players and he didn't let the players talk on the plane and he didn't let the players talk when they ate together. You also had to set up an appointment just to talk to Petrino if you were a player.

Grady Jackson,Alge Crumpler, and D-Hall all were called cancers by Falcon fans during the Petrino stint.

Petrino was the problem. Also just read up on D-Hall, the death of his brother has a lot to do with his personality.

For me, it's just that he has yet to show anything promising on the field. I liked Huff at UT and wanted to see him be successful. To be honest, I don't consider VY a bust nor Matt Leinart. Reggie bush isn't what many thought he would be, but he isn't a bust (I'm sure happy to have Mario though, lol). I just don't see it in Huff. I'd like to be wrong but I see no redeeming qualities on the field. He's switched positions, can't tackle , lacks closing speed and a general understanding of the game. I just think he's a guy who was great in college that doesn't translate into the NFL. Look at Roy Williams (Cowboys). He's pretty bad now, but depite lacking cover skills even in his prime, he at least could tackle and hit big. Huff does nothing.

Gallery has turned it around at a different position. He's solid, but nowhere near what he was touted. I don't think he's a whole lot better then Winston or Pitts to be honest.

I can respect your opinion of not writing a guy off. He is young. Personally, I would love to add Hall at a reasonable price. Huff, I would have no interest in. I have seen more in Moldin in half a season then I have in Huff for 3 years

Too late on D. Hall, he's a redskin now.
