Charges will be dropped within a few days is my guess. There doesn't seem to be much substance to the charges. I swear some of you need to get a life when you hate a guy you don't even know so much for not finishing at the rim that you can't wait to see his entire life go down the drain.
Well SOMEONE slashed the guys throat. My bet is it was someone in Rafer's group of friends and Rafer got accused because he's the rich one.
This is revenge, man. He's lowering his value as much as possible so that the Rockets get dirt for him.
This just dosent addup. seriously. every witness is saying there was no blood or slashing of anykind, yet some fool without any witnesses is saying he got stabbed. he's just trying to milk it for all it's worth.

This is why we need gun laws. If Rafer had shot and killed the guy, then we wouldn't have to pay him.

Both cases sound fishy to me as he got picked on only because he is a NBA player. Both cases are not closed and Rafer is not guilty but received all these negative media coverage. Could it be Pat Riley who is behind all these to lower Rafer's value so he can get him cheap ??

Does anybody find it strange there is no report about a knife being used in a slashing/stabbing assault? There is not even a mention of the police searching for the knife.
i know things have been tough for rafer, but this story sounds beyond ridiculous. nba player slashes someone with a knife at a nightclub. ummm.. no.
