Rafer should rest against the Sonics, or come off the bench and have Brooks and Jackson in front of him. Have Rafer start against Phoenix on Friday.

Man, y'all are harsh. In the end, Rafer is a Houston Rocket, and I personally am glad to see him back. You are never a better team when one of your own is injured. It's called T-E-A-M.

We really should rest him and save him for the Finals ;)

Hopefully Brooks and B Jax will see more time coming off the bench while Skip gets back into the groove. I think AB played well enough to deserve more playing time off the bench.

I'm one of those wants to see how good is AB. Rockets can handle Sonics without a starting PG. Would Rafer please rest one more game?

Without Rafer, there is no chance of Finals. ;)

Like it or not, he's a key piece in this team...

Wow, how the board turns. I remember Rafer being an all-star caliber player during our streak. Now he's behind BJ and Brooks?

Like it or not, Alston is our best PG. Period. And it's good he won't be rusty heading into the post season. I'm glad he's back.

If he's sucking, the Rockets can't do anything because the PG behind are even worse. He literally is our X-factor going into the playoffs, assuming T-Mac reverts to playoff form once the postseason starts.

Yeah I don't know where this hate is coming from... Rafer missed three games and in two of them we played like crap. As much as he is a liability when compared to the other point guards of the Western conf playoff teams, we as team still run our offense much better when he's around. We can worry about replacing him in the offseason, but even then all-star point guards don't just materialize out of thin air for teams with first round picks in the twenties.
