Rafer charged with DWI and arrested

You're saying even though witnesses and surveillance footage says otherwise, he must've been doing something wrong? Clearly no bias there. Rafer was out at a club so he must have been causing trouble.

As far as the rap album, something I didn't even mention, yeah, I think him taking off half the season to do something completely unrelated is far more detrimental to the team than being booked on suspicion of DWI.

And the fact that you think a DWI (a crime with the potential to hurt, not intent) is worse than domestic abuse (the deliberate infliction of pain on someone you love) then your opinion has little merit and I've been wasting my time even replying to this.

Driving while intoxicated is very wrong. It kills thousands a year and takes even more out of those still living. You should never do it which is a very hard thing for a lot of people to do. If you're leaving a bar and have had too many, it's hard to nut up and get a cab and come get your car in the morning. It would be easier just to drive. Plus, not to mention how fun it is to drive drunk. It's like a freaking video game. Swerving everywhere, dodging pedestrians, it really is one of the most exhilarating things you can do.

It is wrong though and everyone who does it deserves to die.

 

I dont know about all that. I mean people make mistakes. Whether they're stupid mistakes or not...But, nobody deserves to die. Maybe they deserve to go to jail, but not die.

One of my friends got a DWI...he's probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He's smart too...but he made a stupid ass mistake, and you learn from it. He went to jail, and he deserved it...
