On the flag football situation: When it says specifically in your contract what you can and cannot do and flag football is one of those things, you cannot do it because it effects the team if you get hurt. I have talked to someone high up in the Astros organization who told me Berkman's contract said not to do competitive activities such as basketball and FOOTBALL for sake of not getting injured.
