The Rockets probably had fewer easy baskets than any other team in the NBA. I didn't see much play before the defense got set. In fact, I didn't see many Rockets on the offensive side of the court before the defense got set, much less passing going on.

what was rafer doing at age 22? oh yeah...he wasnt even in the league.

rafer has proven that he stinks at making the ball go through the basket

    I don't think that's Rafer's fault.

i like rafer. i think he can be very productive on the right team. however, this argument just doesn't do anything for me if you are using it to prove his worth to this team.

you can say that luke longley was the starting center on a 72 win team. he still sucked on every other team he ever played for.

rafer isn't needed here anymore. its' time to move him.

thanks for ignoring the stuff in my post and distorting everthing as you want.

i never said i trust any stats. i dot judge player by stats. i laugh at anyone trying to related a good pg with ast/TOs.

i said i like fta more, because fta makes much more sense than atr.

    seriously, Assist/Turnover ratio sucks.

Rockets ran the old style passing offense. Teams today run motion offense which is why you didn't see much in the way of scoring.

No doubt, draft pick. We don't need another scrub.

I was just countering the point of Rafer passing the ball prior to the defense being set, not complaining about our offense. The sidetrack came from my theory of why Rafer's decent assist to turnover ratio was meaningless.
