""Even if a big old alligator is chewing me up I want to go down and go, 'Crikey!' just before I die. That would be the ultimate for me.""- Steve Irwin As long as the Croc Hunter has a sense of humor about it then maybe it's ok.
He alsos said that he wanted any footage of him dying to be shown. So the stingray video will be seen by the public according to his wishes.
God, I hate this. Steve was such a great person and somewhere along the line I started to care about this old bloak. I didn't realize how much I liked this guy until this. I think a lot of people are feeling this way. Bye Steve
Not according to the CNN interview by his manager. The tape will be destroyed as soon as it is released from police custody.
you don't know what you've got til its gone - just like the song says. I'm also in this category. His crazy feats/stunts will be the stuff of lore. the outpouring of support everywhere , including this international messageboard has been fantastic. Steve would be proud.
Successful relationships : Steve Irwin : Yes Fatty : No Good father who actually has a purpose in this world and contributed to it : Steve Irwin : Yes Fatty : No Whines like a drunk ninny about his ex online : Steve Irwin : No Fatty : Yes C'mon fatty... it's just humor... roll with it.
C'mon now. That is slightly below the belt. Contributed to society? Arguable. Good father? Sorry. I am a good father. I talk to my boy easily for 3-4 hours a week. I'm not going to be offended by your post. While I found mine to be hilarious, others have obviously shown different opinions. Que sera in my book. C'mon fatty... it's just humor... roll with it. I don't care if the guy was an ass. Speaking ill of the dead is not funny. And it will be never be the right time to start opening up. Every single tragedy has it's little jokes. We're told to lighten up and that it's part of the healing process even. Oddly enough didn't hear to many September 11 jokes. I'm not advocating there should of been, but is the death of one guy somehow more funny than the death of thousands? And no I don't care about the circumstances. And that's all I need to say about that. I tried to hold my tongue on this Fatty, but damn it you pushed once too often.
You think? I can say this with all sincerity: When I die, I expect everyone of my friends to make jokes about it. Believe it or not, this site is in my will. When I shuffle off, I fully expect this website to have fun with it. There is niothing wrong with dying. We will all do it, eventually. I want my friends to laugh about it. We all have different expectations.
Geez, I've shaken my head at some of the bad jokes fatty writes (even laughed at a couple), but he doesn't deserve half the personal flak he's been getting. Jokes doesn't diminish Steve Irwin's life one bit. You really know how to rile them up fatty....
A lot of people feel there is a difference between 'humor' and 'disrespect'. Which this can be categorized as; I won't judge. Regardless, people tire of the amount of assholes in the world. Sometimes it's nice just to hope most people around you have some level of civility. Or at least that they act like they do.
^^^There's consequences to whatever you say, but just because you're fed up with an ass doesn't give you the right to become one yourself. Just saying that there's different ways to prove a point.
I could probably agree with that. I never really said otherwise. Ah! But that begs the question...which way is most effective in actually proving a point to an ass?
