Man that sucks. I loved his show. He did a good thing for nature, he made it more entertaining for other people. RIP steve
What a shocker . . . + I feel so badly for his family. Steve Irwin was an amazing person, who did a great service to nature itself, by bringing animals and the environment to everyone in a fun, interesting, and educational way. This is so incredibly sad. What a tragedy.
Crikey! Let me just stick my thumb in another animal's ass. 'Ello... What's this? A rare albino stingray? Bloody hell! I must shove my thumb up this rare specimen. Now, very few people know this, but stingrays are natures pooper scoopers. They clean the blimey ocean they do. Now, whilst I place my thumb up this animal's bum, I'm going to sing some Mary Poppins songs. Sting-Stingity sting stingity sting sting cherie, oh how I like it when you don't sting me. Sting-stingity sting sting sting.... DAMNIT!
this needs to be repeated. And I'm posting this again while listening to ELO's song "I'm Alive." Alive: Fatty? Yes Croc Hunter? No. So far, Fatty is is in the lead..
For sure - Steve Irwin died loving what he did while Fatty FatBastard will die loving what he eats. Just check out Fatty FatBastard's profile- it's not bad enough that he's a Tech fan who thinks UT will only win 7 games, but... "[he] like food. Really fattening food. [He]'ll be surprised if [he's] not eating as you're reading this.
Mrs. giddyup and I discovered his show on Animal Planet a few years ago. For months we watched it every night we could-- just kind of riveted. After a while the novelty wore off. I told her about this when she got home from work at 1AM and she said that one of her colleagues has a trip planned to Irwin's zoo in January....
RIP Steve, he certainly did alot more good for this world than the average person and he made it fun for us to watch. It figures that his death would be one of near improbability because he was definately able to defy what would be certain death for the rest of us. He's only the 3rd person in Australian history to be killed by a ray. The barb actually punctured his heart.
my wife shed a tear this morning ...she loved that guy I think Fatty needs some time in Clutch's BBS style detox program if you know what i mean ......that was just grossly in appropriate
RIP - Steve, and prayers for your family. Apparently it is rare to die of a Stingray sting, but that this one went right under his ribcage and put a hole directly into his heart. Sad. DD
I loved the guy, but are any of you really surprised? That guy had more lives than 50 cats. I can't believe that it took this long. Sucks, cause he really did a lot to bring awareness to the conservation of animals that people normally fear. At least he died doing what he loved.
