LOL @ people complaining about cops in "speed traps" or giving them "r****ded tickets"... when they are the same ones admitting to breaking laws... :p

wow...that's pretty scary, too. It's not the jury's job to prove anything.

that particular intersection can have alot of pedestrian traffic, especially if there is a game or other event, but there is also a blind spot there w/ cars coming west on mlk. that 'no right on red' only came up there w/in the last few years, so im assuming it was put up as a response to constant wrecks.

claiming it was an emergency will get the op laughed out of court. the only way i could think that he might get out of it is if he is kind of young-ish and goes to the judge and says that there was this big redneck in a truck (preferably a ford, since that is all toby keith drives) honking and cussing at him - basically he was intimidated to turn even though he knew he wasnt supposed to. he might be able to garner some sympathy from the right judge and at least get the fine reduced or something.

I had to flip somebody the bird on my way back from lunch...just cause he was driving like an ass and basically cut me off. I think he saw it, too, as he raised his hand like he was going to return bird flip but then I think he thought better of it and realized he was driving like an ass deserving of the flip.

The bird flip is an instinctual thing. Sure, it can get you killed if you flip the wrong driver. But, it's almost an automatic when someone is driving like ass and I cannot control what my hand does in that scenario.

I get so sick of these drivers on the road who think they can do whatever they want while driving recklessly and showing zero courtesy to other drivers. Courtesy is not what they get in return for that behavior.
