Kind of reminds me. I got on a discussion on if Texas went to war with Canada who would win. All I could think about was the movie "Canadian Bacon."

I can't believe they filmed "Crooked E" in Canada. Is it really that much cheaper than Houston?

    "Welcome to Enron y'all."

They filmed "The Juction Boys" in Australia. They also used Australian actors to play Texans. They said they couldn't use a wide angle lens or else Kangaroos would end up in the shot.

Well, going back to the original premise of the thread....

    "Knock Knock"

    "Who's there?"

    "Go F*CK YOURSELF!"

Man, that was a great movie. :D

I'm not sure it was a great movie, but what a hysterical line!

Wasn't that Catch Me If You Can? Saw it recently, but I am not positive.

What is this Quidditch BS? If whoever catches the snitch wins, what's all the other stuff about? Why toss those things through hoops if it has absolutely no bearing on the winning outcome? How come everyone doesn't go after the snitch? And how do you ride those brooms and still maintain your manhood. I'd at least put a bicycle seat on mine.

Because the seeker is the only one that's allowed to go after the snitch, numbnuts! :)

...of course, I haven't played quiddich since I was an All American seeker at Notre Dame, so the rules might have changed recently...

I didn't want to start a new thread on this b/c I don't know how many people watch the show...

"Around the Horn" has already switched its format for the new year. The countdown is officially on for when this horrible spinoff of "PTI" gets panned.

I give it 2 months, tops.

What's the deal with "Wave your hands in the air like you just don't care?"

If I do it like I just don't care, why would I wave them at all. To do so means I care about what you are asking me to do.

Furthermore, everybody waves the same way. If you did it like you just don't care, it certainly shouldn't be synchronized.
