I used to think that Tracy was not a bad guy but I'm changing my mind.
Selfishness and disloyalty are not the traits of a good teammate.

I just lost that last bit of respect to this guy as a player and as a decent human being. WOW! What a shame!

What part of T-Mac's statement is incorrect?

Shaq and Duncan are the two most dominant big men in T-Mac's era and have been part of most of the championship teams during the same span.

T-Mac's teams have typically been average overall. Is that not true?

Place Shaq on Mac's Orlando teams and the would have made some noise in the East. Place Mac on last years Celtic's team and it would be a similar result.

Is he supposed to lie? Provide multiple instances where T-Mac played on teams that should have done some damage.

    He is actually absolutely wrong!!!

If he played with Shaq on that first championship team, Lakers won't be able to pass that game 7 against the Portland Trailblazers as T-mac won't have the heart to do what Kobe did. So that's one out.

If he played with Shaq again against that Sacremento Kings team, Lakers won't be able to pass game 7 again as you know T-mac was not that good in deciding game 7. So that's two out

The third championship team with Shaq, who knows what that lakers team would do without those previous 2 championship experience and Shaq would definitely be fed up with T-mac by that time. So the team chemistry won't be good.

Last year's Celtics team, with T-mac and not Pierce, Celtics might not even pass the first round against the Hawks, or might not beat that Cleveland team.

T-mac should know in the end, even if you have the talent, but if you don't have the heart, you won't be able to win.

Fortunate? Don't you think Yao can get eliminated in round 1 by himself?

Yeah he was unlucky that he wasn't Derek fisher or rick fox. Isn't it frustrating to see your beloved TSlack considered himself a second tier player who can only hope to jump on the Duncan/Oneal/Garnett bandwagon to get a championship?

I means that he is a member of rocket now ,is not proper to post :::
I haven't been the guy who's been fortunate enough to play with Shaq, to
play with Tim Duncan. I always seem to have average teams,'' he said. "You
take me back in my Orlando days with Shaq? Come on, there are no questions.
You take a healthy me and switch me out with Paul Pierce [on the current
Celtics]? There's no question. There's definitely no question.''

He smiled when asked if he ever found himself questioning what separated him from the champions of his era.

"I haven't been the guy who's been fortunate enough to play with Shaq, to play with Tim Duncan. I always seem to have average teams,'' he said. "You take me back in my Orlando days with Shaq? Come on, there are no questions. You take a healthy me and switch me out with Paul Pierce [on the current Celtics]? There's no question. There's definitely no question.''

I dunno. If you place this quote within the context of the question that was asked, I see nothing wrong with it. Shaq has won championships on different teams with different players. Tim Duncan has won championships with different players. Kobe and Wade have not won championships without Shaq. I see no problem with T-Mac's statement.
