I refuse to ever eat Quizno's again because of those commercials. My mother also boycotted them because of the trash eating commercials also.
I like the commercials, but it's because I'd seen those characters before and thought it was cool. As for that Gay Bar song, has anybody seen the real video? It's funny. You'll never see Abe Lincoln the same way again.
The Rather Good guy has also done commercials for VH1 using those kittens. Does anyone remember the one where they sing "Welcome to the Jungle?" One of the kittens has Slash's hat and his hair. Hilarious.
I hate it when ad execs try to use the 'This is so bizarre, it must be perceived as interesting' spin on their products, as illustrated here. These commercials are just stupid and offensive to anyone with even a limited amount of intelligence.
Take this needle, from my vein, my friend... Ugh, the only DMB song I don't like. Out of my 16 shows, I'm pretty sure I've heard that song 16 times. Perfect piss break song.
these commercials remind me of this video: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/spacepeople.shtml neither this video, nor those commercials are funny or creative in the least bit. I find myself watching the commercials just to confirm the unbelievable fact that some ad exec was actually stupid enough to appove it.
I'm at work and as such I can't get any sound when I watch these commercials on my computer...but unless the sound is Sandra Bernhardt masturbating to the sound of fingernails scraping a chalkboard, then that commercial is beyond hilarious.
Ha! I knew you would pick up on that one eventually, even though it took a little longer than usual. BTW, it's not one of my favorites either. Too repetitive.
Does anyone remember the Miller Lite "Evil Beaver" commercial from about 8 years ago or so? "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeevil Beavah!!" That was the dopest commercial ever. From the "Dick" string of ads, I believe.
That's strange. My link doesn't work but if you copy and paste it in the address window it takes you right to it. Anyone know where I went wrong? Otherwise, enjoy the greatest commercial of like, 1997 or something
You entered the text for the link but you didn't put in the actual URL after that. (There are two steps.)
