Griff, Odom, Cat, Steve and filler are a very, very nice unit, even against my defense-first instincts. Chuck Daly could lead them to perfect play.

I guess last yr at 16pts,7.8 rebs and 5+ assist for a 22 yr old is giving away the future. He could and will fit in because he would much rather pass than score. For some of the people that has never seen Odom run the 1up 4down is really missing what he brings which is a adavantage. Thats what nba is about is mismatches and advantages. Some nights its Steve,some its cat, but with Odom it gives you another. How man times did we have an advantage with Taylor or Thomas starting? What about Rice or Williams? Thats the point is when you play teams in the west, you better have some mismatches or some even match ups or you have the record against the conference like we have the past 2 yrs. Griffin may mature in a couple of yrs to balance that off, but right now with Odom there we can have it until Griffin balances it off then we have a contender. taylor,Thomas, and everyone else this side of Francis,Griffin, and Cat are very avg in talent and production. If you have Odom in there and Francis go down or cat, you wouldn't see a 15 game losing streak.
