    My Questions

    * Why haven't traded Kirk for Gerald Green. I think he has the capacity to become a good player and give Kirk the opportunity to get some minutes somewhere

    * When will Novak learn to play defense. Kyle Korver looked liked Larry Bird against him. Yes, Novak did hit some big shots. That's like saying I scored 20 on jordan and gave up 40

    * Rafer is back to Rafer again. 40 thousand missed floaters. I thought he overcame the finishing issue, however, it's right back staring us in the face when we go what is he doing. Please Rafer, stop to things the floaters and pulling up for a jumper on the break. You're shooting about 20% on both

    * Luther Head doing anything good besides shooting. Dude is almost worst than Novak on D and makes the dumbest entry passes I've seen in my life.

    * Chuck actually gets minutes with no points. I thought the objective in every sporting contest is to out score your opponent.

    To Make The Playoffs
    * If Rafer is playing good keep him in the game, if not let AB do his thing
    * Start Scola backup with Landry and break the glass in case of an emergency for Chuck
    * Luther on plays if the match up is favorable, he cannot play against post up 2's period
    * Tell Bonzi to get on the block and stay there. If I see another 20 ft jumper I'm going to throw up
    * Get Tmac off the ball and let him curl around picks for easy drives to the buckets and jumpers. Get him off the 3 point line. Brooks can blow by anyone on on one. Stop using the pick and roll with AB, he doesn't need it.

It would be equally correct to say the objective is to out-defend your opponent.

Jeff "Les, me and Carrol have put together this great team, we can't out run some of these other guys, but we can outlast them. We need one or two more decent role players and we are champs."

Les, "You are holding these guys back, I want my team to look more like a sports car, your fired. I want someone who will get my guys going faster and win a championship, hire Rick."

Jeff, "These guys aren't built to run, if you hire Rick, you'll have to rebuild the team"

Les, "Nonsense, once I get rid of you and bring in Rick, we'll put up championship banners next year."

Jeff, "But this team is more like a bulldozer with a bad engine, it's not a sportscar."

Les, "No, no, it's not a bulldozer, it's only acts like that because of the driver."

Jeff, "Okay, but don't get mad if your the one that looks dumb."

the worst is T-mac's damned 3pts shooting
everytime ,he got the ball, the time is stopped to wait for his shooting without penetration
    his jump-shooting makes me crazy

I'm so glad that someone has finally said what I want to say. Thank you, Sweetbobl. I was really puzzled about Adelman's decision to let Novak still play in the fourth quarter. With defense hard on him, he couldn't even get the ball, so why didn't take him out earlier? IN the play with Portland, at the last minute,Adelman decided for Macgrady to get the ball and do the freethrow, why not Yao? Sorry to hold a differernt opinion about Adelman, I have no credit on him. Up to now, he still hasn't worked out a consistent rotation. I can see little hope for him to lead the team through to the west conferences.
