    Hey guys,

Thanks for the feedback. I really do appreciate it.

I've been reading the thread but haven't been able to make a post. I've since dropped off 3 jackets and 2 vests to be tailored at a small shop in San Francisco. I only need them to be "thinner" so it fits me more comfortably. The cost was $25 per jacket and $17 per vest, which I don't think is too bad.

I understand that it is situational whether or not skinny ties are appropriate, and it's a judgement I'll make after a few more weeks at the office.

I typically use my suit for interviews and presentations. I work in accounting right now, but I am looking to move to a larger firm and I have about 2 interviews a month.

My only needs now is if there is a place that can "definitely" match a pants with my jacket. I sometimes have to settle for one that resembles my jacket most, but I would like to have a "charcoal black" pants that is the design/color of my jacket. This I can obviously call around and ask, so no biggie.

I do want a new pair of shoes, though. But once again it's something I can make a decision by looking and researching. The tailoring thing was a bit difficult to figure out because I've never done that and was not aware of prices, locations, or possibilities (for example I did not know pants could be tailored until the guy told me). But I think I'm alright now.

    Thanks so much!

Just in case you have never aware of.

The shoes, and your pair of socks. Please avoid light color socks if you were wearing dark color shoes.
