If you are watching TV and she is talking on the phone loudly. Do you ask her to move to the bedroom, or just turn up the volume on your highly capable surround sound system.
closed captioning or ask her nicely while turning up the volume. turning up the volume enough so that she has trouble understanding her buddy is almost fool proof. or you can use it as an excuse to buy some really expensive wireless headphones for watching TV.

b**** slap her with your highly capable capability surround sound. Make sure there is no way in hell another word could be spoken in her phone conversation. then when she drops the phone after giving up on yelling back at you...go grab her belt, pull her toward you and kiss her hugely, lovingly and longely, and with your other hand grab her hair in the back and then directly promenade her to the bedroom.* *asterix...this only works if you start blaring her favorite song.
Kam! Are you a married guy now? Did your mom tell you to say that to your wife? You must be a momma's boy. Did she pick your wife. pictures!
I would probably first gesture towards her in a friendly way and point to the TV and to my ears. If it is just an oversight on her part, then she'll realize it and move to a different room. If she does it on purpose to bother you, she'll ignore your gesture and you will have to have a talk with her. Maybe she is trying to send you a message by doing it ("don't ignore me and watch TV all day"), who knows.
If you have to ask, then you already know the answer. Just sit there, shut up, and like it. You have none of the power. She can yap as much as she wants and all you can do is sit there upset that you can't turn the volume up or get her to talk in the other room. She wants you to hear her side of the conversation...no matter how trivial or pointless. That's how it works. And, you will like it mister...or else!
