I know Swoly already offered, but I can buy it from you if you can't return it. I don't even own a blu-ray player I'd just keep it until I get one. I do have one advantage: I actually live in the same city as you
I'll let the bidding war start between Microfridge and Swoly!! I paid 17 bucks for mine after taxes (door buster price + 4 dollar gift card left over from birthday gift) i opened it once to watch then saw it was not IMAX but other than that its MINT with the box ring and all and all inserts...not sure if there are any "digital copy codes or special codes for features" but nothings been obviously activated. but i'll let it go for 15 whoever wants can contact me through the board. i just realized I CANT take it back to Wal-Mart....they sell the Imax version exclusively so they probably dont even carry the ones that all the other stores are selling....FAIL yeah so if either of you want my "new" copy let me know
If the box looks similar enough, you might get away with it...if it doesnt you can always go up there and play stupid. "oh i got the wrong one"......there was a kid working in customer service when i returned perfect dark on 360. Somehow it got scratched up...i ended up swapping it out for perfect dark collectors edition, which was 10 dollars more. either the kid didnt care, or he assumed it was the same thing. the case looks very similar though
this is what the walmart one looks like: this is what all the others ones look like i think the difference is pretty noticeable
technically Microfridge doesnt live in the same city but he is in the same county if he is wants it for 15 then it'll just be easier for him to pick it up or me give it to him next time we watch a Rockets game together.
I'll trade you my Gi Joe with the kung fu grip and a lamborghini pencil for your transformer. Check yes or no. Yes _______ No _______ Maybe _______
I just don't understand how folks can do stuff like that. You essentially stole a PS2 from WalMart apparently because you just don't like WalMart.
Let me break it down for Mr. "Oh let me act all indignant and appalled at everything that happens on a basketball website whose predominant demographic is about 20 years below my age" Wal-mart has stolen and robbed and raped from the people of American countless times over. So I really don't care about Wal-mart losing a small percentage of inventory. Get it? No, I didn't expect you to, nor do I care. Good day.
I get it, and I share your sentiment. The only problem with your action is that it contributes to the same robbing and raping that you oppose by forcing Wal-Mart to further cut costs. They factor in losses due to theft/returns. They still have to keep their prices low, so every time you steal something from them you are essentially causing a sweatshop laborer to starve to death.
Actually, Wal-Mart is notorious for poor treatment of employees as well, not to mention the countless other things wrong with it that are just as well-known. But it's so darn cheap!
