I think she quit. Her pictures are already up on Usenet. She definitely had a bad implant job. Even some of the coeds were startled by how eager she was to disrobe.
I can guarantee, repeat, guarantee you will never have to put this on a resume, application, whatever. The only exception to this would be if it were a Class "B" misdemeanor Criminal trespass, and 99% of them are only Class "C" offenses. If you were let out of jail with time served, or weren't advised by a judge to get an attorney, then it was a Class "C", my friend, and it will mean absolutely nothing for prospective job hunting. Texas Tech '96.
Actually, almost all criminal trespass offenses are of the Class B variety. Check out section 30.05 of the Texas Penal Code. The Class C exception is very narrow and has to do with trespassing on agricultural land. The typical situation of Citizen John entering a convenience store/apartment complex/ or home after being told to leave or not enter is a Class B. We see quite a few of these every week. Just wanted to clarify.
Not unless it was two felonies. Drew, it depends on the employer. Although most say they'll run a background check, it's just usually a credit check. Now it might come and bite you in the butt later if you lie. I'd hire a lawyer and have him look at your record just to see what's on there.
Heh, yeah I can relate... I was arrested for "indecent exposure" in my younger days for taking a leak behind the Stop N Go on Westeimer and Montrose. I know, I know, we were looking for Numbers, OK? I think the cops thought we were doing a drug deal and got pissed when they found out we weren't. Spent the night downtown. Then another time after a few pops, we were trying to get into my buddies apartment because he lost his keys. Problem was it was the wrong apartment. Spent the night in jail. I got community service and had to do some work on a bunch of historic houses in Huntsville. Funny thing was I got my picture on the FRONT PAGE of the local paper with the caption mentioning community service. I was hoping no one would see it, but lo and behold it was plastered all over the music building the next Monday morning. I never heard the end of that one...
