Yes, he goes to the East if selected.

In the online All Star Ballot, he is still listed as Kenny Thomas for the Houston Rockets in the Western Conference. He won't be picked anyway.

What was your question again ?

    Oh yeah, KT's votes...

I would think he would keep all the votes he already has, but i'm only guessing. I just don't see how they could take votes away from him for any reason. I am still voting for him every day. He will probably just be listed in the East when the final results come out.

You're kidding, right? A 4 game sample of .500 ball shows that this team is worse off without Kenny? Assuming the Rockets win tonight, that'll put them at 3-2 after the Kenny trade, and 13-10 before it. 3-2 is a better winning percentage than 13-10. Kenny hindered ball movement, and he's not a talented enough player to merit doing that.

How soon we forget the grumblings he made after EG replaced him in the starting lineup last year. Kenny was not a cancer in the way a Derrick Coleman can be, but plenty of people made reference to Kenny's unhappiness with the team (specifically Cato, who in a post game interview said it point blank). As Will put it best, Kenny was a vestigal part. Eddie is the future, and Mo is already under contract and most would agree has a more positive attitude for team chemistry.

zzhiggins-the reference to the Sixers is this: if people are arguing that the Rockets are only a .500 team after Kenny when they were over .500 with him, what about the Sixers who are only .500 with Kenny and were over .500 without him. Maybe Art Long and Mark Bryant were more important to the Sixers than Kenny is.

Also, the Utah game was basically a statistical anomaly- there were 54 rebounds combined between both teams! There are games when we have more than that ourselves. Why bring up rebounding stats anyway? The Rockets are a top-5 rebounding team in this league.

Kenny was a team cancer because once he was named starter rudy would never pull him out because he was afraid of kenny trowing a fit. I heard by numerus players after games talking about certain players complaining about time and shots. Yes he did have the occasional good game but more bad than good. He always slowed down the plays with his stupid drible drible then spin move. and NO passing.

Take out Kenny and you could insert either of our 2 starting guards. Are Cat and Franchise cancers too???

KT was a good solid player for us. Unfortunately we overpaid for Mo-T so we are stuck with him.

Really? Who told you this? Rudy?

Hmmmmm ...and I always though KT was named the starter at PF because he was outplaying EG. I guess KT ran the show and not Rudy.

How do you know that KT was the one that was complaining?

Maybe it was Mobley, Moochie, EG, or Mo Taylor?

Actually, if you watch KT play on the defensive end, you would have to admit that KT had more good games than bad

Actually, KT had one of the lowest FGA/Assist ratios on the team. In fact, the only regulars that had a lower FGA/Assist ratio than KT was Steve and Moochie. EG, Yao, Mo Taylor and Rice all had a higher FGA/Assist ratio than KT did.

Overall, KT was one of the better and more willing passers on the team.

    :D

He's GONE. He was a good player, but he is GONE.
He was joking about getting a new contract and playing time, but that didn't affect the trade.
We couldn't trade Mo Taylor because of his huge contract.
We are hoping that Eddie Griffin will continue to improve.
    He is GONE.
