It is probably not lack of vitamin C making your gums bleed. When is the last time you went to see the Dentist? If you had scurvy as result of vit. C deficiency, then ya your gums would bleed. You pretty much never see scurvy in this part of the world unless you are severely malnutritioned.
Gross. I started picturing chicks with caked on makeup - and you can still see the holes in their faces.
Acne scars eh? That's odd. I've never had severe severe acne, but I usually find myself scratching them multiple times per week and my face looks fine. Imma champion!
