I took accutane when I was a teenager. The side effects are no joke. Had to constantly use chap stick and my skin was extremely dry. It did eventually clear up my acne though, when nothing else would. Even after I discontinued use, my acne never really flared up again after using it. It's very effective, if you can handle the annoyances that come along with it.
Did Accutane as a 26 year old person last year and definitely had some side effects from it. The only thing severe was really dry chapped lips (didn't even want to guess a girl during the time) and occasional mood swings here and there. Overall, acne does flare up every once every few months but goes away after a few days. I would talk to your doctor if you have more worse side effects that I had.
I have never used Accutane, but a friend of mine who claims to be a doctor said you can't have sex with female while on this medication. You are only allowed to jerk off into a plastic cup of some sort. Not sure how true this is, but he has a degree.
Use the oxygen cream. Proactive, clearisil, Neutrogena didn't work for me. Just one day my gf randomly got me that and it worked. I sweat oil my hair is greasy, also hard finding a shampoo that cleans it. Every shampoo wants to add conditioner and make your hair shiny.
