...its about not having HUGE weaknesses opponents teams can exploit - the old adage you are only as strong as your weakest link. Those guys are all smart enough/well rounded enough that they can take advantage when opportunities present themselves and are at least average at their weakest skill. These are the "high floor/low ceiling" guys as opposed to the "high ceiling/high floor" guys who normally are the team's stars of playoff contenders or the "High ceiling/low floor" guys who play for pretenders.
